1. Product Information

All product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

However, minor variations in color, texture, or packaging may occur due to lighting or screen display.

Product formulations may be updated occasionally to enhance results — such changes do not affect product authenticity.

2. Ordering & Confirmation

Orders can be placed through our official website, WhatsApp, or authorized distributors only.

Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation message or email.

Skintude/MOB reserves the right to accept or reject any order for reasons such as stock unavailability, payment failure, or incomplete information.

3. Pricing & Offers

All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

Promotional offers, discounts, or bundles are valid for a limited period and cannot be combined.

Prices and offers may change without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order.

Accepted payment modes: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, or Wallets.

Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available for select locations at an additional service charge.

Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery time depends on your location — usually 5–7 working days for metros and 7–10 days for other areas.

Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.

Skintude/MOB is not liable for delays due to courier issues, strikes, or natural disruptions.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them, provided they have not been dispatched.

Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.

In case of an approved cancellation, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for return.

8. Product Usage Disclaimer

All Skintude and MOB products are dermatologically tested and designed for professional and personal use.

Always conduct a patch test before full application.

Skintude/MOB is not responsible for reactions resulting from misuse, allergies, or improper storage.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, product names, logos, and materials on this site belong to Skintude and MOB.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Skintude and MOB are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the product purchased.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
