Returns & Replacements

1. Eligibility for Return

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all seals, labels, and accessories intact.

2. Return Request Timeline

Customers must raise a return or replacement request within 3 days of receiving the product by emailing skintude@gmail.com or calling +91 93160 80055 with photos/videos as proof.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, used or opened products cannot be returned.

Items purchased during promotions, combos, or sale offers are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
