TKTX Numbing Cream is a widely recognized and popular primary topical anesthetic used for preemptive pain management before aesthetic procedures like permanent makeup (PMU), piercing, and laser treatments. As a primary cream, it is applied thickly to intact, unbroken skin and is typically occluded (covered with plastic wrap) for a significant duration—often 50 to 90 minutes—to allow the powerful combination of anesthetic agents, which usually includes high concentrations of Lidocaine and/or Prilocaine, to fully penetrate the dermal layers.
