A visionary with over 20+ years of rich experience in sales, marketing, franchising, and business strategy, Dr. Sonia Kotia is the powerhouse behind Skintude’s brand expansion, vision, and development. Her role encompasses the 360° growth and scale-up of the company through business development & franchise strategy, national & regional sales planning, brand & product development strategy, social media positioning & marketing planning, recruitment, team building, operational frameworks, and financial strategy & performance optimization. Dr. Sonia combines aesthetic knowledge with business intelligence, ensuring Skintude remains profitable, scalable, and future-ready. She is also developing a wide skincare product range by 2026 in retail.

With a progressive career spanning over two decades, I began as a Sales Executive and advanced through managerial leadership roles, gaining strong hands-on experience across sales operations and team management.

In 2015, I transitioned into entrepreneurship, successfully establishing and managing multiple business ventures,including restaurant and café franchises. This journey strengthened my expertise in franchise operations, scalability, and brand consistency.

Over the past five+ years, I have conducted in-depth research in skin and aesthetic products, leading to the successful operation of a skin and aesthetic clinic focused on brand value creation, service excellence, and sustainable growth.

My experience combines strategic vision, operational discipline, and market-driven execution, enabling long-term business growth and brand leadership.
